Hope House Policies

At Hope House Food Pantry, our goal is to serve our community with dignity and respect. To ensure we can assist as many people as possible, we kindly ask all clients to follow these guidelines:

  1. Serving Franklin County Residents – Our pantry is available to those living in Franklin County.

  2. Proof of Residency – If requested, clients should be prepared to provide proof of residency (such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or ID).

  3. Monthly Food Assistance – Clients are welcome to receive food once per calendar month to help ensure resources are available for everyone in need.

  4. Weekly Clothing Closet Access – Clients are invited to shop at our clothing closet once per week, based on availability.

  5. Respectful Environment – We strive to create a welcoming space for all. We kindly ask that everyone treat volunteers and fellow clients with courtesy and refrain from political discussions while visiting.

  6. Additional Assistance – If special circumstances arise, additional support may be considered at the discretion of Hope House staff.
